Description

Computes the dissimilarity between spatial and temporal components.

Function Inputs:

A2	matrix	Spatial footprints of extracted components (matrices).
C1	matrix	Temporal activity traces of extracted components (matrices).
C2	matrix	Temporal activity traces of extracted components (matrices).
